Focus Care services utilizes the community support network to provides Residential habilitative Services consisting of supports and comprehensive individualized care provided in a home setting. Supports are designed to assist each person improving self-care in daily living, acquiring and retaining adaptive and other skills needed to reside or reintegrate successfully as part of the community.
